Infection somthings on my little boy:( please please help!!!

i noticed he has been itching a little more then usual so i started really looking at his skin and right next to his leg i found this peace of no hair and it looks like a pimple and i touched it and played with it and it dosnt bother him at all and it is the color of his normal skin btw and i just have no idea what it is and i really need help please

It's a nipple. He should have one on the other side. If the bald spot around the other one isn't that large, then I'd treat him for a fungus infection. See www.guinealynx.info/fungus.html for instructions on how to do that.

It's OK. I think they're nipples look a little funny, and can be oddly placed, too.
