So here's the situation:
My family is moving to another apartment and there's some complicated issues with having Snowball here for the last month of our stay in this apartment. Long story short, I need someone to take away Snowball for at least a month until I moved in the new apartment.

My questions are, will rats affect my guinea pig's health if they're housed in the same room? Because one of the candidates in my mind so far is a girl with 2 rats. How about rabbits? the other girl owns a rabbit.

and will this affect my guinea pig psychologically? Will he be mad at me for leaving him and we'll be back to square one when I bring him back in 1 month or so?

As long as they are not housed together and neither one of the animals have a contagious illness, they can be in the same room together. Your guinea pig will not be "mad" at you. But the frequent moving might stress him/her out.

No it won't unless the guinea pig is severely neglected for the few months it's not with you. As long as your guinea pig is getting the proper care and treatment, it will be just fine.
