My senior female is about 6. She's a rescue and I don't know when she was last at a vet. I have had her for about 7 months. When I got her she didn't smell.
I have noticed in the last week her.poop has been really smelly. I clean her poop out twice a day and change her bedding constantly so my place doesn't smell.
I also have two males that are about 2. They all eat the same food. The males don't smell. I sanitize the female's cage twice a week and it still smells. Please someone help me

She may have something wrong in her gut. My first inclination would be to cut out veggies, and begin giving her Benebac once or twice a day to see if that clears it up.

That said, what is her diet like? What do you feed her?

She gets fresh hay and pellets and water. I give her veggies once a week.

While limiting veggies is ok, each pig should get about 1/8th of a bell pepper a day, for vitamin c content.

I would start with the benebac, and try that for a few days before making a vet appointment. She may have a parasite or less likely, an infection. Keep an eye on her.
