I just weighed Harmony and Holly, since I just adjusted my scale so I could weigh them now that they aren't babies. And I found out Holly was way underweight(453 grams!) and Harmony was a little overweight (1048 grams). How can this be? They eat the exact same about of pellets, hay, and veggies. I make sure of it, Harmony doesn't keep Holly from eating, she eats just fine. The only difference in their behavior at all is that Holly tends to do more zoomies then Harmony.
How can I get Holly to beef up, should I give her more veggies and pellets privetly, do I need to take her to the vet? What about Harmony? Should I give her extra floor time and cut down on her veggies? Harmony is also actually twice as long as Holly, if that helps. Other then that, they're perfectly fine. Harmony is a little lazy, Holly's teeth are fine I've checked, and the only other thing that could possibly be wrong is they both have the occasion sneeze. Can someone please give me some advice? I'm really worried now and a bit confused.

Thanks in advance!

How old are they? Harmony is 2.3 lb., which is actually not too fat. The average weight of the pigs in my rescue is 2.5 lb.

Holly is almost a pound. That does seem pretty small, unless she's really young.

Oh good. She actually is 2.5 lb, my scale measures in pounds, so I converted it to grams because that's what most people measure in.

Holly is about seven months old, and Harmony is about 10 months old. She doesn't look underweight at all, she's half as long as Harmony is, and her weight is evenly distributed. She always was a bit of a runt, kind of like a mini pig.

Some pigs are just smaller, but most are at least a pound. Can you post a picture of her?

She is a pound actually, like I said, I converted to grams and it kind of messed up the measurement. As of this afternoon she's 1 pound and 10 ounces. Sorry, I should have mentioned that earlier.

Here's a picture of her. [GuineaPigCages.com] Skinny pig and fat pig? It's the most recent photo I have of her, I took it yesterday during my guinea pig Easter photo shoot.

Okay, that's better. She's most likely just one of those small pigs. As long as her weight doesn't go down, and she appears happy and healthy, she'll be fine.

Ahh, thank goodness. I can weigh them weekly now, and deffinetly will do so. Thank you so much for your help!
