Shredded paper= loads of fun!

Hi Everyone,
I use a regular paper shredder to shred strips of newspaper, I place a large pile in one corner of the cage, my two boys immediatly take off towards it, and begin to burrow in it. After they are done, remove it, it can mold very fast. But for a temporary amout of fun, you can do so! DELI

i do that too and my three piggers love the paper shreadings. I put new shreads in every day and they LOVE IT!!!!! Great I idea

hmm..i dont have a shredder..if i just rip up the paper will that work?

ripping it is fine. I dont have shredder and cut the papers by hand.the piggie love it

It's nice to know more people do this with paper for their piggies -- my piggies can't get enough of shredded paper!

Is this okay for them, they won't get paper cuts or anything? What about if you shred normal A4 paper, is this ok?

I bought a paper shredder today for £24.99 and it's brilliant much faster than doing it by hand and also shreds it thinner and neater.

My three pigs love to play in shredded newspaper. It's funny to watch them crawl through the curls. ;o)

yeh, A4 paper seems fine.

i scrunch up paper and they play tug of war over it.Its great to watch lol
