Should I separate them?!

I am new here. I had one adult girl guinea pig (Trible), then got another young girl one (Sasafras). I introduced them in neutral zone and they got along great! Then I put them in my cage together and they were fine for the first hour, but Sasafras started chasing and biting Trible (No blood or fur came of).

After Sasafras would do this Trible would just sit in her corner. So I separated their cage and Trible would imediatly start eating, and Sasafras would start crying! Should I keep them in the same cage unless Sasafras bites Trible hard enough to draw blood?
HELP! What is considered normal fighting between girls?

Put an extra food and water bowl in the cage with them(on opposite sides). How big is your cage? You will want a 2X4 for two females.

Make sure you clean the cage thoroughly before you put a new piggy in an old piggy's habitat. This will ensure that it doesn't smell entirely like Trible's territory. Scuffles are normal for the first few days or even weeks. https://www.cavyspirit.com/sociallife.htm is a very good guide on introducing piggies.

You may also want to add a second level so they can get their personal space if they want it.

I have two water bottles and two food dishes and my cage is too small (a large petstore cage), but I am hoping to build a new cage within the month. So should I just let them figure it out (as long as it doesn't get to serious)?

Okay I will try adding a shelf!

Sasafras has adjusted better now, but she still chases Trible. Trible doesn't like being chased so I separated them again. I think I am going to keep them separated for a little, maybe till I get a new cage.

The chasing is normal. You should only separate if there is bloodshed. The problem to me sounds like not enough space. You need at least a 2x3 C&C with 2 sows and preferably larger if you can make it larger. Adding a shelf is only going to make less space in your commercial cage. Please try to make a C&C cage as soon as you are able to and then make sure you have 2 of everything in it and then introduce your pigs on neutral territory and then place them together in the brand new cage.

I have made room for a 2x4 C&C cage so hopefully I will be able to build it in the next couple weeks!!

Congrats! They will love the new cage.
