She had her babies

The pregnant guinea pig I am fostering had her babies last night. One live pup and one stillborn. I am thrilled that she came through her pregnancy and labor ok. I named her Dorothy and her baby is named Munchkin. I will try to see if I can determine the sex of the baby, and I hope it is a girl so they can stay together and hopefully be adopted together. The baby is adorable with brown, black and white markings.
