My male pup (3 weeks old) has shown sexual interest in his mother & sisters (2).

I've read & received replies from other cavy owners that it is "ok" to separate the male from the others. Is three weeks to soon?

No, remove him ASAP. Males can start impregnating females at the age of three weeks. Only keep him with mum if he needs an extra special boost, and if he isn't showing mounting behavior.

Ditto. You should separate at 3 weeks. I'd be nervous not to and wouldn't chance it. Just make sure he is still eating and doing ok. He may cry for a few days though.
