Sounds Scary noise violet made D:

I have two guinea pigs violet and ginger, they do very strange actions ,most of the time. Violet was at the water bottle, I think she was getting water. I was next to the cage on my laptop talking to my friend, then violet started making a strange noise it sounded like she was straining like she was in pain. I didn't wanna touch her just in case anything was wrong. Every few minutes I look back at violet to see if she was okay. I had just got back from visiting my mom who lives in Texas, I am also kinda sick since I threw up in the car ride back, I told my mom she made a strange noise and then she said she couldn't do anything about it because, she was doing something important. I just really wanna know if anybody knows what this means.
