Injury Sam's Nose Cut

Hello! I noticed this morning that my lil man had a cut on his nose (the more obvious one in the picture). I am not entirely sure how he got them, other than he probably fought with his brother whom he has been bonded with for a while. I was wondering if you guys had any treatment plans/ideas/if you think I should take him to the vet. From the looks of it, the cut has crusted over. I also think he may have some boar glue on his nose (I tried wiping it off but it just would not come off!). I came back from work (about six hours gone) and I noticed that he had the much smaller cut on his nose now. I am not sure if I should be worried about a possible fungal infection (URI?) or what.

But please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I made a saline solution for the cut, but then forgot to buy a sterile bottle to put it in so I have to re-make it (oops!). I also heard that neosporin can be used as well?

You can get some over the counter neosporin and apply it sparingly with a cotton swab. It doesn't look like anything serious, it looks like it was caused by pulling the boar glue off. I've had that happen myself and its best to just let them get it off themselves.
