At the supermarket I saw a pre packed salad mix which included rocket. Is this safe for guinea pigs? May sound daft, but I don't even know what rocket is. A lettuce maybe...

Are those type frosen one that can keep for several months? Or just fresh vege packed? Frosen type are not "fresh".

Oh no, they're not frozen. Just the pre packaged ones.
