Rabbits Relatively cheap, easy to disinfect cages?

I work at a shelter and we are trying to revamp our rodent space. Currently we are using conventional cages sold at pet stores, but we'd like to give the rodents (especially rabbits) more room to exercise.

We are looking to get new cages for the rodents, and I was hoping some of you may have some suggestions. We would be willing to either buy or make the cages, but they do have to follow some guidelines:

1) MUST be easily disinfected. We will be using these cages for lots different animals over the years so we have to be able to limit the possible spread of diseases.
2) Need to be as inexpensive as possible. We are willing to spend some money, but we are completely donor funded so we are trying to be as frugal as possible.
3) They can't take up too much floor space. We would prefer to have cages that can sit on a shelf so we can have an open floor to let the bunnies out to run around. However, we may be open to cages that take up very little floor space. We can go vertical very easily. Stackable cages would be ideal!
4) They have to look nice. We don't have very good adoption rates of our rodents, so we are trying to make it look more "pet shop-y" rather than thrown together (like how it is now) to hopefully garner some more interest.

Thank you so much for any suggestions you may have!

Thanks! That helps a ton actually!
