Last year in biology we learned that plant calls have this space called the vacuole that stores water and waste. The plant becomes wilted when the vacuole is not full and firm. A way to fix this is to water it! I have since used this knowledge to rejuvenate vegetables that I would have otherwise thrown out. I put soft celery or pepper or whatever in a glass of water for a couple hours, and presto, crunchy veggies the pigs would approve of! I thought I would let you guys know if you didn't already because it has saved my family a lot of money.
