I haven’t had a Guinea pig with feet that red, but I have used diaper rash cream on irritated feet and back legs. I cleaned the area first, then applied the cream to get it covered thoroughly. It’s waterproof so if she’s sitting in one place and it’s wet, the cream will act as a barrier.
I have considered this as well, thanks for the comment

I would say so. I’ve been religious about soaking, now I think I’m going to try bandaging it for half the day and leaving it unwrapped the other half.

So Ive changed course again, I don’t think I was soaking in the right concentration and for long enough. Now I’m saturating the epsom salt into water (until it wont dissolve anymore) per my vets instructions the first time I dealt with this. 10 minutes of this, then 10 minutes of a diluted epsom salt/betadine solution. Two soaks twice a day, so four total 10 minute soaks. Then I am using hypoallergenic lotion on the foot, covered by manuka honey. Lastly, I drying and then wrapping. I am also giving her extra floor time to get her moving more. She is also on metacam.

I think I made a mistake by quitting the wrapping so soon because I thought it was redder looking. It wasn’t redder, it just looked like it because it was hydrated and shiny from the lotion/honey. Because it has not gotten worse, I think I am on the right track still, I just need to be more patient. The main focus is keeping it clean, hydrated, and padded from full weight.
