Well, I guess I'm supposed to build my C&C before the move, after all! I've been really concerned about Toffee getting enough exercise, and anxiously thinking about the cage plans for a week or so, and today I went into Target and found the cubes ON SALE, so I picked 'em up. Also, I found a pkg of puppy pads on clearance there.

BIG LOTS, if you have one, had a shipment of fleece throws in lots of cute patterns for $2.99 each (50"x60" - should be enough for a 2x3, right?) So now ALL I need is the coroplast and Toffee will be sitting pretty! Going to the sign shop tomorrow after classes. . .

Congradulations! Your pig will be much happier.

Just a hint (not sure if you did) but call the sign shop before hand, they will probably have to custom order it for you.

And if they do have it in stock.....measure 3 times and cut or score once.

I think we have one here. I may go check it out.

50"x60" will easily fit a 3x4 c&c. So you have nothing to worry about.

Thanks Ly! I figured I'd have plenty to work with.

And don't worry Peaches - no Tim the Tool Man cutting for me! That stuff's too expensive to cut it wrong :)

Good luck building it! :)

It takes a bit of patience is all. Mine took about 3 hours to build with some help.

I had ordered a piece of coroplast from a sign shop near where I live but it was going to be a while before I could get it because of the local elections and the extra back log. Plus not to mention the fact I cant make the cage right now so I wasnt real worried.
Anyway a friend of mine does graphic lettering on cars, trucks, motorcycles etc... so I was telling him about it and he said that the sign shop he works for gets coroplast in on skids that have a top piece that they just throw away and he would get me as much as I needed for free. Needless to say I had him get me as many sheets as he can. I got very lucky.
