That is really easiest way to make a ramp. You need two grids from the C&C cage and you bend them placing two feet on one side then pulling/pushing the otherside until it is bent the amount you want. You then take cable ties and tie the two bent grids together, then cable tie it to the second level.

We used a piece of wood and put carpeting on it,,the piggies just zoom right up it..It was a piece of plye wood. It wasnt that hard to make. We already had the materials,,since we are remodeling our house.

Just bend it slowly so it bends and dosent snap. Its really not hard.

I have one made of pvc piping cut in half lengthwise with small holes drilled in the top to attach it to the grids. I line it with fleece and use binder clips to hold on the fleece. The pigs love running up and down it.

I only needed one grid which I bent on each end. I added a piece of carpeting. The grid cracked in one place but it didnt matter as long as its not in the piggy's way.

The bottom ramp is actually one that came with my store bought cage, but I made the top one myself. To hook it to the floor upstair I just put in a nail on each side of the board and then I bent them using a pair of plyers so they would hook right into the grids, but it would be just as easy to use the metal hooks that you can buy for like under a dollar (I cut little slots in my coroplast to accomodate the nails.. its really easy to make. I used a chizel and a hammer to cut out the grooves, but you could also just nail or staple a piece of carpet or other material to it.
