We got our lil baby piggy a friend over the weekend. Our baby...nibbles..is only 6 weeks old. The new one...munchie...will be 2 in July. It seems like munchie is taking over the cage. When nibbles is eating munch will come and kinda bump her n the butt til she moves. We have 2 of everything. We will hear the pigeon sound and like a high pitched noise coming from the cage a lot. And I see my nibbles running away. Nibbles used to love lap time and us picking her up and now she runs from us and when we do get her she does a lil screaming sound and doesn't want to be petted :( is this normal or not? I'm trying to give it some time but I'm worried about nibbles. Not sure if age has anything to do with it or what. They are both girl btw. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Sounds normal to me. They'll work it out. But possibly your cage isn't large enough? How big is it, and what kind of hideys do you have in it?

Please don't start a new thread for every question about your pig. It's much easier to keep up with the information, and to look back at what you've posted before, if you'll keep it all together.

Isn't this the behavior part of the forum? Doesn't my question belong under here. Has nothing to do with fleece or cage or introducing. I got my answer already from someone nicer. Thank you very much. I wont be posting here anymore. Don't need a rude mod.

Well considering it was a mod who made the suggestion, it might be something to consider.

It's just far easier to keep up with what's going on with your pigs if you keep the posts together. You'll get more answers that way, because if people have to click on your name and chase through your forum posts to find out information that's in another place, they just won't bother.

Actually...their behavior has lots to do with the cage and how your did intros (of course as well as the pigs personality)...I'm not sure how Bpatters was being rude...?
