quess what!!
well first i broke my leg like 2 month ago!On a trampoline!!So i couldnt be on the computer nuch to talk!! But one day i was playing with my piggy and i looked at her and she was really fat!! i thought my mom(taking care of piggies at this tim cuase of my leg)was feeding themm way to much! Then i was holding her and you could feel something move inside her!!I was so excited! And the funny thing is country max said they were both girls!!I guess not!!So three weeks aftef i felf the babys move she had the!!BUT what is really cool is that i have a full leg cast so im not able to go up the stairs but one day i went up stairs to see the roof(my dad is fixin it!) and i looked in my piggies cage and there was 3 tiny baby guinea pigs!!! The first time i went up stairs i got to find my guinea pig babys!!that is SOOO COOL!!!! I named 2 but i cant find a good name for the other one!Any cool names???
P.S.~the 2 names are Rascol and Blaze!! i will get pics up asap!!

Hmm....so do you have 2 pigs or just the 1 pregnant one?

i have 5 now i use to have 2 hunny and baby. baby is the mom

First of all, congrats on having 3 healthy babies. I now have to ask if you removed Hunny from the cage before Baby gave birth because if not he could have breeded with her again soon after she gave birth. If you did not remove him, I would really urge you to remove him immediately because it can be harmful if Baby gets pregnant again before her body has a chance to heal.

Yes, separate the baby boys at 3 weeks old too, or else they'll impregnate mom and sisters. Breeding is dangerous and unnecessary when there are so many homeless piggies. Feed them all a good diet and lots of alfalfa hay.

yes once i found out she was pregnet i took hunny right out of the cage!

Very good instinct to remove the dad. Be sure not to put him back in with her unless you get him neutered.

Glad the babies were born healthy...expecially since you didn't know they were on the way.

i have a question how lond do the babies have to stay with there mom??

Any males (boars) need to be separated from mom at 21 days (3 weeks). Females (sows) can stay with mom permanently.

Yup, like ly said make sure it's 3 weeks because the males will become sexually active at this point. You definately don't want the mum getting pregnant again
