Proper weight?

How much does your gp weigh. My male weighs 665 grams at 2 months. Does this seem right?

my two males are about 8 months old and the one weight about 830 grams and the other about 780 grams. When males are full grown they can weight any where from 800-1100g, I think that your little guys weight is okay. I mean he is still really young so he is still growing. but if I 'm wrong and some one knowns other wise- tell me. (i am no expert)

One of mine who is a bit older then a yesr is 2 and 3/4 pounds. One that I guess is 8 months (not quite sure) is 2 and 1/2 pounds and the other who that I guess is 8 months is 2 and 1/8 pounds.

When my boys were 2months old they weighed:
Brownie: 680g
Flame: 538g
Spencer: 566g

Now they are 10months old and weigh:
Brownie: 1417g
Flame: 1190g
Spencer:1247g

My three year old guinea pig however weighs only 1133g. Guinea pigs weights vary greatly. ALL my females are heavier than my 3yr old male... and all are younger than him.

665 sounds a great weight for a 2month old cavy.

Guinea pigs weights vary greatly.

They certainly can vary- depending on their breeding (what lines they are from), diet, housing and start at birth (eg if they were a runt)

One of my boys is 1.6kg (I think thats around 3½ pounds), the other is 1.75 (around 4 pounds).
