Problems with tapatalk app...again

I know this isn't your fault but I can't find any way to complain to tapatalk. Since their latest update, I can't start my own thread because it doesn't show any prefixes. There aren't any choices but then if I click create it tells me I have to choose a prefix. Anyone else having trouble? I can only post here because there's no prefix required. Any suggestions?

Try uninstall Tapatalk, and then reinstall?

If (when) it happens again.... A lot of apps respond to your feedback in the app store. Often if you mention you need help and rate lower saying you will revise once problem is addressed, they will reply to your comment. FB is also a great way to get a response from companies too. Like their page and post about your issues. Sometimes others will help and sometimes the company will respond on FB.
