Pregnant?

Remember the little baby piggy I have? I'm positive she's a girl. However, when I was cuddling them all, I noticed that her belly seems to be a LOT firmer than everyone else's, and she's a bit fatter and more rounded when you get down to her bottom.

I'm concerned that she may be pregnant. I know all of my piggies are girls, and she's not a pet store pig (though her mom is). The only thing I can think of is that the other piggy that the mom gave birth to was a boar, but that would mean that it happened BEFORE they were three weeks old, because I got them the DAY they turned three weeks old. The mom and my other two pigs feel normal. The little one has been... well... b**chy lately. She's 6 weeks old now. She nips ALL THE TIME, even if I'm not even trying to pet her or anything. I'll have her in my lap, with my hands in my lap, and she'll bite HARD when I'm not even trying to touch her or anything like that. =P

She may just be growing. Have you treated them all for mites? Parasites makes them irritable. Sometimes babies are harder to handle and wild too.

Just give her a couple weeks, I don't see how she could be pregnant.

If your sow is pregnant-she could be a bit nippy due to hormones. I know they shouldn't be handled very much while pregnant. When she gets farther along, (about 3 weeks before delivering) you'll be able to feel the babies moving around.
And I think it's a long shot that she's pregnant. There have been a few cases where I've heard of male babies impregnating before 3 weeks old, but that's rare. The only way you know is to wait and see.
