Fleece Potty pads with batting inside?

I found a potty pad removed it said it had batting inside. Your opinions???.

There are two types of batting: cotton and polyester. You find many throw pillows and plush toys stuffed with polyester batting. I've seen fleece pads that say they have polyester batting in the middle. They wouldn't be very absorbent, though. Cotton batting is like a thinner uhaul pad. Both are made of cotton. Cotton batting is much more expensive than uhaul bads are.
