Since they are small yorkies they have a really good chance of being adopted. People want small apartment dogs.

So sad, I'd snatch one in a minute but sadly I cannot.

I saw the story in the newspaper. It's digusting. How funny that it's a BREEDER who did it all too. No matter what species of animal bred, the majority of breeders are the same.

Their owner was very irresponsible in continuing to breed dogs at her age, and the housing is cramped and inadequate, who is to say she cared properly for them at all? Why do they not explicitly say that keeping and breeding dogs in this way is wrong? Grrr. Does anyone else think that the reporters have missed half the story, or is it just me? (I've only seen the BBC news TV report and the link here on this thread, correct me if I've missed a load of info).

Just checked out the site about the dogs, I don't understand how she got away with this, they must have barked, and the smell had to carry for miles. I have been wanting a yorkie, and would love to take one if they could adopt out to me. FL. USA.

There could be a better link as the only link I found was on the childrens part of the bbc website:eek: so they may have calmed it down a bit. Ill see if I can get a better link to the story and see if it tells the whole side of it.
