Playtime outside

I have been looking for a guinea pig pen/run for a while and I finally found some cubes made for guinea pigs! They just slot together with poles that dig into the grass so it won't fall over. You can make different shapes as well with the cubes. The cubes are tall so your pigs cant jump over!

great for out doors and in! you can buy them at The Leyburn Petshop and they are £35.00 for 6 large cubes and sticks.
It has to be the best i've seen so far.

Last night I went to walmart and they have a play pen for pigs too. It comes with 8, 13" long 9" high grids. The grids are allready together and you clip one side together for it to connect completely. You can morph it to what ever shape you want and it was 10$. I've seen Petsmart have it for 12$, and a feed store for 13$. I use it inside and going to use it outside when I clean their cage. It's about 3 ft in diameter all around if you have it in a circle. I'm definatly glad I bought it.

i bought one of those my pig jumps out of it i walked by the pen and didn't see him i ran around the house looking but could not find him, so when i sat down on the couch i seen him on the window sill looking out the window he just sat there looking for about an hour

Dang, Your pig can jump pretty high then....

I always watch the pigs when they're in the pen, that or I put it next to my Mom's computer while I clean the cage so she can watch them instead.

Obviously it is not meant for a cage, but a play area UNDER SUPERVISION. That's why I always watch my pigs when it's play time.

he doesn't really jump that high he jumps to the top then does a pull up my windowsills are about 10 or 11 inches high off the floor so he does a pull up at the top of the pen then climbs the rest of the way but i fixed this went to target and bout the cubes and made a really big play area about 5 feet by 4 feet they love it

You need to watch your pigs during their playtime, no matter what. If they escaped and got a hold of some wires or fell off the windowsill they will be seriously injured if not gone forever. I hope you'll watch them in the future, and good luck. =)
It's good your piggy gets floor time though!

my window sill is not really high it's only like 6 to 8 inch i think if he stands on his back legs he can look out the window

but i fix the climbing out problem

No problem, we just want to make sure your piggies are safe. I myself am a new owner and always asking for help for my pigs... If it wasn't for this site, my pigs wouldn't be even close to as happy as they are today.

At least once every hour they go into popcorning frenzies.. its hilarious.

My pigs barely climb at all. The only thing they climb is their ramp. Must be lazy. *LOL*
