Pine vs. Cedar

What bedding do you all prefer for your cavies? Me and Precious both prefer pine.

Cedar is definitely bad, and smelly pine is as well. If you use pine, please air it out until the smell is gone. The phenols are harmful--see www.guineapigcages.com/bedding.htm. I prefer aspen myself, and paper/fleece are great as well!

There's no competition! Cedar bedding is dangerous for gps (and other animals) health. Do you use kiln dried?
