Pigsitter Prices

I dotn know what to pay my pigsitter. This is what she will be doing.

• Coming twice a day
• changing water
• replenishing hay
• spot cleaning with a mini broom
• replenishing pellets
• feeding veggies

what should I pay her??

Well for just that in 6 days maybe 25 bucks. I dunno any options anyone.

For a friend petsitting-
I would say $20 ($3.34 per day) and a pretty thank you card. And pick something up for her/him on your vacation.

For someone you hired to petsit your guinea piggs-
$30 ($5 a day).

i feel really bad about leaving my piggies, but this trip is a family reunion, and it was planned last december.

I think $20 or $30 should be sufficient. You may want to print out the colored care brochure for the friend just for some info. Also, have the name and address, phone # etc. of the vet you go to written out for this person. Just in case of emergency, it'll help.
