Piggy Turds

Hah, this is just a question out of curiosity, but exactly where is a piggy's anus? I know it's at the end of the piggy, that's a no-brainer, but I was wondering where there poop 'comes from'. I hold my guinea pig whenever I can, and I've never noticed poop coming out of where I thought the anus was, and they're always sitting on it when I look. Is there anus by their testicles, or on their rear end? Please don't be disgusted or think I'm weird for writing this, I just want a piggie education!

I actually have a sortof related question.. Pigs have this place on their "tailbone" that looks like their tails (if they had any) were cut off.. what is that??

I'm guessing it's just the end of their spine, though I'm not sure. Is it hard, like bone, or does it feel like cartilage?
