Sounds Piggy "Talking"?

I've noticed this past week that my pigs "talk" to me while I pet them. This is a totally new thing! I took a video, maybe you guys can tell if this is a happy noise or if I should be worried. I'm a worrywort, I know! The video is a bit quiet, just warning you.
