Piggy Sneezing..help please!!!

My piggy sneezes everyonce and a while. But he eats and runs around just like he normally does...ALOT! What should i do? hes less than a year old...please help

Possible causes:
What kind of bedding is he on?

Is his bedding dusty?

Is there a lot of air current where his cage is?

my pigs sneeze every once in a while and i have good cerculation and fresh bedding, but i use cedar? is this ok? someone told me that it is good. i dunno! i'm confused!!

DO NOT use cedar! Too many aromatic oils that can cause respiratory problems. Try aspen.

Ok, where do you keep your guinea pig? If you put it in a place where the temperature varies, it could cause problems, like the sneezing. I don't know if this is a possibility, but maybe your pig has a cold. See the vet.

Two of my pigs started sneezing and I just thought the air was to dry. Then they got worse my little Angel got worse and so did my Rudy. I then took them to the vets they had an upper respiratory infection. Not caused by any bedding that I had just the way I bought them. Soon all 5 of my pigs had an upper respiratory infection. Long and worring time while under treatment. Don't let just a sneeze go unless you now it's the bedding or area they are in. Also my vet recommened once when my pigs were well and sneezing that I take them at least once a week in the bathroom with me when I shower (my house is dry in the winter).
