I got the idea for Bridget's name from her ridgeback. Not sure how I came up with Felix, I think I was looking at feline names, lol

Unfortunately I've no idea when she got pregnant, but I've had her about a month and a half so she could be due any day.
I had gotten her and Felix thinking they were both female, after a week together here I found out how to sex them, heh. So she's anywhere from 2 weeks to any minute for her due date. With as big as she is I'd guess she was already pregnant when I got her though. I'm super excited and worried for her, almost like having my own kids =)

OH MY !! I am so glad my sow has such long hair, I never saw her belly that extended, I would have worried sick if I had.

Poor Bridget ... it almost looks uncomfortable ... lol. (glad my stomach never got that big with my kids hahahaha)
It is tense waiting isn't it. Good luck with the birth. Bet a few might look like Master Felix (very handsome young man I might add).

LiloDFC, My Maggie came as Marvin. I too (or I should say Maggie) is huge like Bridget. I am also not sure of exact date she got pregnant. She came into the shelter on April 29th. Been using that as a guideline. I, just like you, am excited and so worried at the same time. I had my other pig at the vet this morning and I discussed Maggie with her.
Her age was one of the questions and I have no idea.
May we have healthy pups both of us and a safe delivery!
P.S. Your piggies are beautiful. Maggie is tricolor like your Bridget.
