How do I bath my piggie and what do I use any advice plz :?:

Ditto everything SurfingPigs said. I leave the head, and after the bath I wipe the eyes and face off with a damp cloth, then clean out ears. Keep them in a warm place while drying, and blowdry them on the low setting with your hand between the pig and dryer to make sure they don't overheat.

What I do when my pigs really need a bath, I get a big bowl and put a small cloth in the bottom so they don't slip. Then I put a little. It of water in the bowl and in the sink so that I can wash them in the bowl and rinse the. In the sink. Hope I helped.

How often should a long haired pig be bathed? Is it ok to just wipe their bottoms with a damp cloth or pet wipe occasionally between baths? I've had mine for about two weeks and he was bathed the day before I got him.

I personally do not bathe them very often - i keep their houses very clean and remove poop and pee every day, so they do not smell or need bathing! However i have bathed them before, i used about an inch of warm water in a bath and diluted a special guinea pig shampoo. They really shouldn't need bathing very often, a good brush is better! I worry about them being wet and cold. But that is just my personal opinion!

Ok, i also pick up droppings Very often! Almost every time I see him leave his favorite spot to drop! As well as keep it dry and fresh. I hope it's enough! He doesn't stink at all so that's a good sign! Thanks :)
