Hello, my Abyssinian piggie is not drinking water, I tried to use a bowl and a water bottle for piggies but she still won't drink. I have to force her to drink water using a syringe which she hates and I hate to force her too. Any tips please

My older guinea pig doesn't drink much water these days. I make sure to give her very wet vegetables daily. Hopefully that will work for your piggie.

I have had several ill pigs, who would not drink. I unfortunately learned the hard way that if they won't drink on their own, then you must make sure they get it. One way is, as @SSLee suggested, is to offer wet veggies.

One of my ill pigs would not drink on his own for months. I did the same, giving him wet veggies but it was not enough water over a prolonged period of time.
Very late in his illness he began to drink again, out of the blue. Literally. In the morning he wouldn't drink, in the afternoon he couldn't drink enough.

A short time later he passed away from a bladder stone lodged in his urethra. The bladder stone likely formed due to sludge which formed because he didn't get enough water.

I'm only telling you this as a precaution. It might be worth getting a proper exotics vet to check her over.

I've started doing this too but it's not enough if she really doesnt drink any at all that's why I force her by using syringe. Thank you

Thank you. I also started noticing red colored pee, I'm a 1st time piggie owner. and I'm scared. Do you know if its normal? or should I bring her to a vet?

Red, like red blood, could be a symptom of a UTI which can escalate quickly into a serious problem. It can also be a bladder stone which is considerably more urgent and serious. However , guinea pig pee also oxidizes kind of a rusty brown/red, and it can also depend on what they've eaten. As I stated earlier, it's probably best to err on the side of caution and have a qualified exotic vet have a look at her.
