piggie drinking too much water???

I have a peruvian guinea pig male, thats about a year old, and has been drinking about 16 Oz of water in two days. I find this really odd, because my other two, dont even go through 8 Oz in two days combined. He is still very happy, and active, eats very well, lots of carrots and dandilion for vitamine C, as well as Timothy Hay, almost any other vege, apples, Ect. And as of this morning, he has taken to squeeking, in an unhappy way every time I touch him. I worrie that something is wrong, but dont really know where to find a reliable vet, or if I might even be over reacting. I do appreciate any help anyone has to offer.

Is he draining the water bottle? Some pigs do that. Otherwise, it possibly could be diabetes. I would check with the vet.

Some pigs drink a lot of water and some don't. He may be playing some with his water bottle, but I have a boar who drinks a 16 oz. bottle of water a day and some days more than that while the other 8 pigs only drink about 32 oz combined a day. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
