Pig losing some serious weight

We have 2 boys and they have been very healthy for the first 2 years of their lives. We are now running into the problem where our quite/ sensative guy has lost some seriuos weight. He is about 1/2 of what he was and we can feel all of his bones. Our other pig is just fine and not losing any weight.

We did just move and got a puppy about 2 months ago. Could those issues be causing the problem. He is still very bright eyed, eats and his disposition has not really changed.

Could he have a parasite or something? Any help would be great.
