So, if you were to give a one page pamphlet to pet stores that would tell them how to house/care for cavies while they were at their store, what would you want it to say?
Yes, I know that the first thing on people's minds is "don't sell live animals", but that won't happen, so let's take that off the list.
The second thing would be "bigger cages", but we know that's not going to happen either. So, can we give a recommended number of piggies per temporary petstore cage? Can we give reasons why this number should not be exceeded?
And, reasons why piggies should be given unlimited hay and no drops in the water?
I'll see what I can pull together with "all my spare time" (I really don't have much spare time, but I might be able to do the first cut if someone can vollunteer to make it 'pretty')
I'm not sure if this will actually fly - I'm a little concerned that it might get us kicked out of pet stores, but a little brainstorming never hurt anyone (that I know of, at least)
