Diet Overweight Guinea Pig

Okay, so I recently weighed my guinea pig for the first time. My parents FINALLY bought a scale for her. She's about 1,088 grams. That's pretty overweight so I've read. How can I help her lose some weight?!

It's not in the least overweight. The weight recommendations you see on the internet are based on lab animal weights, not companion animals. I have three sows, all over 1200 grams, and I wouldn't even consider putting one of them on a diet.
