Our babies have arrived!

I'd like to introduce Chocolate and Vanilla. These boys are only 68 days old. The science teacher has been handling them and letting some of the kids handle them on a daily basis so they are very friendly

I was so excited to see they had long hair!!! The science class had 2 short hair piggies that were brown and white and one long haired that was creamy. Turned out one of the short hairs was NOT a boy, so I decided to take this two little fellows. I haven't had guinea pigs since I was young. The cage I currently have them in is not homemade, but gives them 8 sq. feet of running for now while I collect the parts to make a bigger cage. Just finally found where to get coroplast in Louisville. Floor time starts today - more pics to follow!
