I have to administer orally this ivermectin (I got the horse paste kind) after 7 days again. Can I store the mixture, I've diluted it with water at room temperature for 3 weeks, because that's how long its' going to take to complete their treatment. It's just water and the paste mixed together in a jar.

This is what I found at gl.
Solutions using propylene glycol can be stored at room temperature in a dark place and used at a later date (check expiration date on product). If diluting ivermectin products with water, discard after use. A solution using vegetable oil is probably best discarded also.
