Okra is on the GL list so I bought some, but I don't know how to prepare it. Do I just feed it as it is? I was a bit confused since it has seeds and a slightly soft, furry skin.

I am doubtful whether Rosemary is safe, but my mum bought some the other day for them to try. They haven't had any yet until I know if it is safe or not. So does anyone else know for sure?

They are both on my "other" list of foods meaning they haven't been tried and tested by a lot of slaves so really unsure. The okra would be fed raw and I would just cut the top off and scoop out the seeds and stuff. The rosemary I would give in very small amounts just to see if they will eat it.

With the okra I have fed Bromers it about twice. I cute of the ennds scooped out the seeds and cut it into pieces he ate it but I don't believe he enjoys in over other vegtables. Oh and feed raw, Rosemary I have never tried.

Ok, thank you Ly and bromers. I will try the Okra now, and I will think about giving them a tiny taste of Rosemary.

I HAVE heard of Okra causing some soft poos, so just be careful how much you feed.

I tried some raw okra with my piggers. I took the seeds out and cut off the top-kinda like a bell pepper. They didn't like it at all.

Well I tried Okra and they didn't touch it. I gave them a tiny, tiny little bit of rosemary by hand and two of them nibbled it.
