Hello !

We got a couple piggies unfortunately from Petco. One of our piggies Mocha started experiencing hairloss. We took her to Petco which sent her to the vet and diagnosed it as ringworm. It has been 2 weeks on meds and she is still itching and it just looks painful. 2 weeks was the turnaround time for treatment. Not sure if I should take her to another vet as I'm not sure what "healed" ringworm should look like. I feel like it could also be hay mites based on research 2 pics below one where it was red was when we initially noticed it and the other where all hair is gone is current. Please give any recommendations

I would take her back in for another consult. Ringworm is a fungus and can take quite some time to get rid of. What kind of meds is she on?

She has been on clotrimazole for 2 weeks 3 days application twice a day.

That is an appropriate treatment for ringworm. You can have her looked at again as a follow up, but as I said it can take weeks to get rid of. You can purchase the same cream over the counter at any pharmacy to continue the treatment if you run out.
