One of my pigs was in a generic pet store cage for a month or two before I adopted Ghost. They lived in the grey cage for a week before I gathered up supplies and built them their new 2x4 cage. The grey one was 7 sq ft, definitely not big enough for two pigs. Thankfully they are not fully grown and they got along so they were okay together for the week they were in the grey cage.
Cage size Pigs in cage

Nice looking cage, no doubt about it a bigger cage brings out the "happy pig" in them. By the way you have 2 little cute pigs.

The bottom is Coroplast, sometimes called corrugated flute board. You can get a 36" by 72" sheet at Home Depot for less than $12 but they call it Twinwall or something I think. It only comes in white at Home Depot though.
I do know you can order different colors from guineapigcages.com though.

Thank you for your quick reply. How do you cut and piece it together? What will I use to glue or whatever?

You score one side of it, don't cut all the way through, and then fold the sides up and tape them together. I wouldn't use glue just because I'm not sure how durable or safe it is.
A friend helped me and he did end up cutting all the way through in a few spots so I just used tape on ALL of the seems (meaning every corner is double taped on the inside and out) and I haven't had any leakage problems yet. I also have my fleece going over the sides so my pigs couldn't chew on the tape even if they wanted too. It was pretty easy.

My cage is a weird shape though and I didn't have enough to fold up 6" sides so I had to cut 6" high walls and tape them in. I know some people use shorter sides but I'd rather be on the safe side.

I also know there is a link somewhere around here with great instructions; if anyone knows where it is please post, lol

NVM, I found it!

That's great I will be getting some of that soon now that I know how to do the coroplast. I think I will have to get some this weekend. The tiles I have under the felt move too much and are not really the right size and kinda still messy if they miss the litter box or fling poop all over the place at least it will stay in the cage for the twice a day poop cleanup we do.
