Ive just adopted 3 new pigs(boars) , and im building them a C&C cage,
Which is going to be 3x5 in grids
Im looking for the best ways to make a coroplast box for the grids , but i have to use
2 or more pieces of coroplast because the width of the cage. Anyone have any good
suggestions on how to make a box with multiple sheets of coroplast?
The cage -108cm(42.5 inches) x 180 cm(70.8 inches)
The sheets of coroplast-155 cm (61 inches) x 104 cm ( 41 inches)

*Note the pigs are in a large store bought cage at the moment , whilst i try and make them a fabulous
home!

First of all, congratulations on your new additions!

As for how to make a box with multiple sheets of coroplast, I just taped it all mine together with numerous amounts of packing tape. Granted, I measured everything out first to try to use the least amount of sheets as possible before cutting and taping them together.

I've had to do this before too. What I did was make two 3-walled coroplast bottoms, a little more that half the width of what you need the bottom to be, then overlapped them and taped with duct tape.

Would this be ok ? x2 61x41 coroplast boards(inches), measuring 136cm in width, and 208 cm in length. / then make the two boxes (with 14 cm sides) =then connect using tape ( this is for a 3x5 c&c cage)
