i want to get a new pig for my other to play with, but the one i have is about 2.5 years. will it hurt the new one i get if it's alot younger??

the younger one should be fine.I found it alot better taking an older one and a young one and making them befriend.Happened a couple times with me and worked out fine :).Usually at like 2 years n older hes to old to be humping lol he still can but not as much.

I'm getting a young one for mine who's about the same age as yours. In a couple of weeks, actually - when it's old enough to leave its mother.

u may introduce them during floor time to monitor their response

I got a young one because I was trying to pair two males. I figured that with getting a little one, the older would automatically be dominant and I wouldn't have dominance wars between the two. They seem to get along great. When I introduced them, the baby dashed over and snuggled up under the big one.
