I am a new guinea pig mommy. Not new to animal and exotic care but it's been a long time since I had a guinea pig. My last one was when I was around 10 years old.
Right now we have 3 boys, 2 Americans and 1 Abyssinian. My husband is in the process of building their cage. They are pretty young pigs and are still getting used to being handled, but I must say that my husband is in love with the pigs, I do believe! He will sit with his pig on his shoulder for hours!lol
We both love the whistles and squeals that these piggies make. It is nice to have them sit our your shoulder and whisper in your ear...
I am glad I found this forum! Everyone sounds extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
