Hello,
I just rescued a cavy from a home that wasn't interested in him. I have a cage now that is more for rabbits and I can't see him in it for long. I am new to the C&C cages and I think that it is a wonderful idea! I am in the process of building my cage now. I have the grids and the fleece, the coroplast is being picked up tomorrow and I am going to build a table to elevate it this weekend too.
My question is what does people prefer for set up?? I am going to build a 2x4 cage with a second story at least 3 grids in an L shape. I was thinking the kitchen would be great on the top with his house and play on the bottom. I would like to keep the kitchen area with the pine for now, I may switch later and thought it would be easier access and less clean up if I have it up on top.
Let me know what you do or what you think. Thanks!
