Need Advice Fast!

Theres a guinea pig up for adoption not too far away. I really think this is the right pig, but im going to need to go get her right away. I have a few questions i need answers to in link the next couple hours or so

1. Will 2 pigs be ok in a 24"x30" cage for a few days untill i finish my C&C?
2. Is there anyway I should introduce them, should I bring my Furby along to meet her before I bring her home?

Any other advice would be great

1) Yes, its only temporary isn't it? So it shouldn't be a problem

2) Yes, do take Furby if you are allowed to. When you get home, let them meet on a neutral ground, i.e. during floor time

Yup only temporary, I have the cubes set up, but the coroplast Ill have to go get today or tomorrow. Its a Looooong drive, will furby be ok in a car for over an hour? Should I bring along water or something?

I just got done talking to my mom, she is really tiredd so shes taking a nap now, she thinks the pig I want is really cute. Says I need to work it out with my dad though. So when he gets off work ill have him go to the sign shop and then maybe to the shelter... I hope he getst off work soon... Gosh im so anxious!!!

Couldnt handle waiting, I just called my dad, he couldnt believe I wanted to go so far for a pig... But hes a really nice dad and he started sounding more ok with it, he said we'll talk about it when he gets home and thats a good bet its ok with him

The new pig will be about the same age as mine is right now, is that ok... Are 2ish year old girls likly to fight?

well, dads still at work.. Keeping myself busy... lol I could only think about pigs so i just made a hemock and hung it in my empty cage haha (I havent even got coroplast in it yet). Anyway, its like every minutes taking forever, hes usually home right about now, I have no idea what hes ganna say about this new pig... That piggy is so cute though, and I think she'd be great with furby.

Because they are social animals an need 2 hours of attention a day (as you told that mean lady you emailed). They do better in pairs. Furby will be happier!

Ok, that was a dud, I told my dad and he had me call this lady in a local classifides, which the pig was already taken... So he had me call some shelters, which closed around 4.... This stinks!!! I can search other local newspapers, but im sure they have all found homes... I really want panda, and my parents are all tired and I dont think they realize how quick we need to get there..... I told him but I think his pholophisy is there will always be some pig there, and that ones ugly. He even got on me why i was being so picky about getting a female, I had to explane to him it wasnt an issue of me wanting a girl, it was an issue that we would have more than two if i were to get a boy. Gosh this is so stressful, I want them all to get up from watching tv and take me on an hour and a half long drive lol.

I'm sorry you didn't get Panda....there's another lovely piggy just out there waiting for you! When you do get the second one, I'm thinking you might want to quarantine it for a couple of weeks...just so Furby doesn't get any strange illnesses.

I am sorry. Just remind them unless they want 4 litters a year. Then they DON'T want you to have a boy. Prehaps you can arrange with one of the rescues, to drive the pig half way so you can meet them. Maybe you should start preparing now. Get the adoption application etc. Keep in contact with rescues so that you can be updated on when a female comes in etc. I am sending you an email ok?
