I would think it would be hard to find a sitter on an Internet forum, since people are so spread out!
We got a neigbor's ten-year-old to watch our guys for four days. Her parents made sure she came twice a day at least, and I bagged up vegetables for each "meal" and marked them - Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening, and so on. We left clear typed instructions and went over them with her. She did fine.
We also watch many neighbor's fish and cats while they are away, so they're willing to come in for our pigs. I think the kid is better (with parental supervision) because she really LIKES the pigs and will also pet and stay to watch them for a while, but if we were to be gone longer, I'd ask for a reciprocal favor from an adult neighbor instead.
We have some local pet-sitting services. One I know of is recommended by some good vets, and she's very reliable and loving. It costs, but if you don't know anyone local to do the favor maybe you could ask your vet for a recommendation.
