I have been having problems getting them to eat. Once in a while they'll take a bite or two but most of the time they would stay away from them (veggy monster syndrome). But today I decided to shred them instead of cut them, and those I had to cut I cut really small (bite size) and they ate them!!!!! I was so excited!

For those of you that don't know the story, I got them when they were too young and they had not been introduced to veggies yet. They would actually make a game out of it by touching their nose to the cold veggies and then running around their chube and doing it again...it was cute but frustrating! lol...so if anyone is having the problem, try grading them or cutting them into smaller bites...this might help!

Thanks for that info, Cheri! Very helpful!

YAAAAAYYYY!!!! I'll have to try that with my little baby. I have tried cutting them up for him, but shredding just may do the trick. Thanks for the tip!

Great!!!

Shredding is how I got my piggy to try yellow bell peppers. She wouldn't touch them but when I was shredding some carrots I decided to shred some bell pepper and bammo! She loved it and now I can just slice them like normal and she gobbles them up! Go figure! Funny piggies!!!

congratulations!

Great news! They are just like kids. Sometimes you have to trick them!
