General My Pig Might Be Hurt?

I was walking down the stairs today, carrying Leo to the living room for playtime/laptime. I slipped, and ended up falling to the bottom of the stairs. I lost my hold of Leo in the process. He looks like he fell 1 or 2 steps, but I'm worried that he might have hit his head on the railing. He is't moving much (this whole thing happened maybe 15 minutes ago), but that could just be shock, as he gets scared easily. When he does move, he isn't limping or anything. Help?

I would call the the vet and if they say you should bring him in..Better save then sorry...How is he doing and you

My b/f once dropped his hamster...The hamster was very very quiet. (Like the hamster was saying "how could you have done that" It took a bit of time then he was back to normal..

My cats pulled my cage off the dressers with one of my guinea pigs in it and she was super still for a good 20-30 minutes. She was scared to death! I would give him a few more minutes to calm down and if he's not back to himself he may need to see a vet.

One of our guinea pigs took a flying leap a few months back. He fell probably 3 feet and landed on his side. He just laid there. I freaked out and put him in his cage on his feet and fell to his side. I picked him up again and went to our bedroom and locked the door to keep the kids out and again he wouldn't walk and laid down. I put him in a box and started to get everyone ready for an emergency trip to the vet. I was home alone with young kids so it took about 10-15 minutes to get everything around, when I went back and checked on the guinea pig one more time before leaving he was running around and acting normal, walking normal even wheeked at a plastic bag. We went to the vet anyway and he was given the all clear. The vet though he might have just had the wind knocked out of him. Your guinea pig might be fine but a visit to the vet if he isn't acting right is exactly the correct thing to do.

I just checked on him, and he's acting like himself again. He's eating and drinking/moving well, so I'm thinking of canceling the vet visit.
