Bonding My life with a new guinea pig

Well i will tell you how i feel about being a proud mama of a guinea pig boy. Its a new experience. Im glad im a heavy sleeper cause his water bottle is sooo annoying haha. its very cool to see him grow and come closer to me every day. coming out of his cage purring and making new sounds and running around his cage. He is starting to see im the food god and will give me this look when his food bowl is low. he is not a big hay eater. but it might just be cause the hay that came with his cage is very small. i am getting a hay rack soon and more stuff for him. he and my dogs are still very unsure about each other. Ollie is his name he is a normal i guess he has a brown nose with black spots on it and a black face and white body and a black bum. hes still young. but he is still a smart boy

He is from a pet store.. but its a trusted pet store that takes in piggys that people dont want but dont want them going to a shelter. his mama was pregnant with him when she came in. i was there while he was being born he was the biggest of the 3 and the cutest thing ever i had to wait awhile. now him and his mom dad and brother and sister have a new home.

Congrats! I got mine a year ago an I loved the experience when they are starting to become your friend. I am soon getting another piggie and I get to go through it all over again. WooHoo!!!!!
